I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at InStride (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2023

I applied online. I interviewed at InStride (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Unfortunately this employer will ghost its candidates. I received an email to interview within 3 days which was short notice but I cleared my calendar. Then she never called me for the scheduled interview. I emailed her to determine if we needed to reschedule. She calls me 1 HOUR later and I was not available then I emailed her could we reschedule. Not surprising, no response. Then when I tried calling first thing Monday, she answers the phone with irritation and says she's busy. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to get an interview with a recruiter who was available and demonstrated better professionalism but no response. Beware and don't waste your time because the organization doesn't care if they waste yours!
