I did 2 very detailed phone screenings for an hour each time. I then went in person for a 2 hour interview and got a tour of the facility. I thought everything was a match and I enjoyed meeting everyone, the agency I was working with even asked for my references and told me I was a lead candidate. I'm not sad I didn't the job, I'm more upset my references time was wasted. The agency told me not much feedback was given onto why I wasn't chosen. Oh well, I guess I saved myself a daily commute to KOP.
