      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Incandescent (New York, NY)

      Interview

Very long and intense. I literally interviewed every week or every week for a month or so. I made it all the way to the last interview round and didnt get it. It was bit world shattering.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were like 5 stages of interviews. I feel like I was learning new skills and doing new take home assignments at every interview round. It was pretty intense.

      Application

I interviewed at Incandescent (New York, NY)

      Interview

The process was a mix of behavioral, traditional case-study, and analytical interviews. One thing I would highlight in their emphasis on being able to analyze qualitative data, such as survey and interview data. Overall, the process was difficult but at the same time really interesting! The cases were enjoyable and the firm members I interviewed with were supportive, honest, and empathetic!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Give an example of a situation where you had to deal with conflict with team members. How did you approach it and what was the result?

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Incandescent

      Interview

Way too many interviews. The whole process was disorganized and members of the company was not transparent about the steps. The same questions were asked multiple times by different interviewers. After 5 interviews, I finally began to learn about aspects of the job description not previously mentioned (expectation of unpaid overtime, how many hours a week I would be expected to go into the office, etc). From interview 1 to my last interview, conflicting information was told to me about the role and the organization. Overall, this was not a positive experience; it was a huge waste of time.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
