I enjoyed speaking with the senior team members; however, as a candidate, you invest time and effort into the process with the hope of being the right fit. It’s disappointing to learn that this could have been addressed during the initial screening. I qualified in all the rounds and after that, they are saying your technical stacks do not align with our requirements. so frustrating if that was the case why did you took 3 rounds then?
