I submit my CV to EANR, and they contact me for a 45 mins interview in ENAR. It was pretty nice, their director interviewed me 1:1. Starting with some questions about my resume, then ask some questions in clinical trial and survival analysis.

The interview was set up with 8 interviewers. However, the day that interview took place, there were two interviewers not showing up without any notifications. I was kind of just sit there and cannot do anything. Email HR asking what happened,, HR's response was slow and he couldn't rearrange the interviews to another time because he didn't know the day for interview was leave days for the two interviewers. Everything so RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Highly recommend not going to their company.

If was long and very technical. The people interviewing were not very nice. They talk to you as if you don't know. People generally don't talk to each other even if in the same room. Company is primarily made up Asians.
