I had an interview (it was supposed to be 30 min but actually, it ended up lasting 1 hour - which seemed positive to me) with the VP of the department where the position was available. After 3 weeks, 11 other interviews with a panel of interviewers were organised for me, that took two half days. I took a couple of hours off from my job to meet the team, and the interviewers and participate to this interview. via a videoconference. The people were nice in general, and it was more a discussion than questions and answers session. One interviewer was very strict and formal, and asked me a million of questions, and did not want to wait for my answer. After these were completed (during the interview, the HR expert also interviewed me and told me that I am among the 3 finalists), I had no answer ever, even after having sent one or two friendly reminder emails to the HR responsible for organising the interviews. I never was contacted back, no feedback as well. Very big frustration, but happy that I was not chosen at the end.
