3 hour induction, tell you about syft , one small group activity and small interview at the end
It wasn't hard, just need to know the basics to get through to the next step. Just come prepared with your previous experience and you should be fine with the job.

Interview
The Company does a brief presentation for about 30 mins then put people individually in break out rooms for a 15 min interview. Then the interviewer will ask competency related questions.
really terrible interview there was about 30 of us in the interview at once and then they called us over one by one to have a 5 minute chat and then we all had to endure an hour and a half talk on safety
