In the second round, the interviewer did not show up for the Gmeet interview. I waited for 20 minutes, but they seemed to disregard the value of others' time. Despite being called for the managerial and co-founder rounds at the office, I was abruptly asked to leave after only 20 minutes of discussion with the manager. Later, the HR mentioned a possibility of scheduling a final round with another person, but no follow-up was made.
The moral of the story is: If you receive an offer from this company, it's best not to accept it. Their culture is severely lacking, as evidenced by their treatment of interviewees. If they treat interviewers this way, one can only imagine how they treat their employees.
