Initially a written test comprising accounts , English , maths was conducted. Upon the selection in this round there was a f2 f HR round and computer skill test.
Further , salary negotiation was done.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Indian Potash Limited (New Delhi) in Sep 2018

I was short listed from a list of recruiter.After that i was asked to visit INDIAN POTASH LIMITED HEAD OFFICE to give interview for the post you have applied.After few days i got my joining letter.
