HR and manager rounds
It will he easy to crack the interview the thing is u want to knw abt the company well
It took only one day to complete all 2 rounds
People there also very helpfull
Mainly we will be having a targets to complete in Relationship manager job
There were 2 step for this process. First you will have to give Written test and if you pass it then they will take your personal interview. Interview was quite easy.
Firstly, I got the call from the HR they took my all details like name, address & last job I was doing. Then The Telephonic interview was held before the joining in that company by the HR.
Only they ask to subscribe plans ithey give hectic pressure to reach target and complete 6 day training session .training session was only about money and harsh targets nothing more than that.they asked to subscribe plan in our own money they adked to subscribe for 30000 so that you will become team leader in one go
