HR contacts to schedule. First meeting is with Section Chief and Chief or with a panel of 3-5 attorneys plus an HR representative for IDAG positions. The interview lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Expect questions about your experience and resume.

Interview
Two separate interviews. One with section heads, one with attorney general. Section head interview is in depth. Attorney General interview is to make sure you are a reasonable person. Each interview lasted no more than 30-40 minutes. No special requirements other than resume. Friendly, relatively low-stress interview. Was told after first interview that it went very well.
