I gave 2 interviews and 1 assessment. In my first interview, I was asked about behaviour and technical questions. In my second interview, I had to explain the assessment in a presentation format,

Based on your previous experience please give a brief overview of yourself,
There was a two-stage interview process; the first was a formal get-to-know interview and the second was the assessment and the presentation. The Assessment was based on energy analysis and need to prepare a present based on my findings through that analysis.
