Premier contact sur LinkedIn puis échange avec le chef de pole (1h30) et deuxième échange avec le chef d'équipe(1h). C'était dans le cadre d'un débauchage donc ils étaient dans l'optique de me convaincre de les rejoindre et non l'inverse.

Entretien en 3 étapes, les rh sont au taquet, il fait faire attention à chaque mot qu'on sort Le directeur technique était plutôt sympa mais le test technique était assez pointu.

Entretien unipersonnel avec le Directeur General sur recommendation. Convoqué le matin jai du attendre quelques minutes avant l'arrivé du DG et ensuite l'entretien s'est déroulée dans une ambiance bon enfant.
