Three step interview process, first with management, then a technical interview, then a team introduction / interview. I believe I met with the president / engineering lead at first. He was easy to talk to and personable.
The tech interview was what you'd expect for a mid level position - describing and implementing a code problem as well as explaining your answer. It wasn't particularly hard but it seemed like they were more after design principles and understanding.
By the team introduction, I knew I was about to land an offer. Everyone seemed personable and welcoming.
