The faculty interview process was structured and transparent. It started with document verification followed by a subject-expert panel interview. The questions were mostly related to teaching methods, research experience, and basic technical knowledge. I was also asked to give a short demo lecture. The panel was polite and allowed enough time to explain my answers. Overall, it was a professional and comfortable experience.
