Worst Interview Process: 1. Company called for F2F interview. 2. They took 3 rounds of technical interview by 3 different person, wasted my time by asking almost same question in every round. 3. Told to leave for the day. 4. When after a few days, I called them to ask result of interview. 5. They again scheduled 1 more telephonic interview just to keep me engaged, and interested with the company. 6. Again when I called after a few days to ask the result of interview, they asked me come F2F (I was staying 48 KM away from company) with documents at the company to receive offer letter and join on the spot. 7. When I reached, they again took 3 more rounds of interview with 3 different people. 8. At the end they rejected my candidature due to their poor budget, and told I have mentioned these things in resume not mentioned those things. The big question is why they shortlisted my profile, and consumed my days woth Rs 10,000/-, called me twice F2F from 48 KM away if those things were mentioned?
