First point of contact was by phone, very friendly. basically needs to know are on the interview assuming you have all your resume and reference contact person is to show a pleasant polite manner interest in the position and company and ask general questions of interest, the manner of training conducted and other procedures to learn and so on.

Infinity Pathology opens its doors to the people who want to make a difference it doesn't discriminate it has a warm family type atmosphere. The interview was a comfortable experience and open friendly the usual questions of your past work experience and technologies and companies you have been employed by etc, but a lot of that i don't think was not all that important , your understanding is more important ! as they teach you there latest methods and technologies as they come are from a long background of experience themselves know what works and identify with all that is new and modern and up to date, they thrive on establish a winning edge over its competitors.
