The process was reasonable. All communication was through email. I applied through seek and received an email response saying that I was accepted to move to the next stage (Hackerrank Java assessment and phone interview). The hackerrank was quite a challenge as I've it's been a while since I programmed in Java and knew I failed the test at the conclusion. After the hackerrank, I was told to email which time suited me between the timings provided by HR. I didn't receive a email back to confirm the interview but was called at the time to be told I didn't move on which was impressive that they took their time to respond by phone.
