I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Inforce Technologies (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2017
Interview
I heard about this position through my college's career center.
My interview process was very unique. I started with a brief phone call to gauge my interest in the position. Afterwards, I moved forward to a scheduled in-person interview at their office in Downtown Cleveland.
During this time, I was interviewed 1:1, and by a group panel of developers. I was given a mini-critical thinking exercise that involved solving 2 different word problems. This first interview took a few hours, but wasn't too stressful.
I was then scheduled for a second, follow up interview . This time, I was interviewed with another candidate. We spent time doing exercises to get to know each other, and were asked to complete a SQL skills test together. The other candidate and I then presented our work to a group of developers.
I was very happy with my interview process. The company puts a lot of effort into creating a well-rounded interview experience, and it really shows.

Interview
The process involved a phone interview and a few interviews on-site. The interviewers included: management and developers.
There were many different types of interview questions asked, including: basic interview questions (ex: why should we hire you?, etc.), behavioral questions (ex: Tell me about a time when..., etc.), and more technical questions relating to the job.
There was plenty of time given to answer and think through the questions.
