Interview
Hiring process was a great experience. Not your generic "Where do you see yourself in 5 years." It is more personable and they ask you what you expect to gain from the position. There is a test that you take that helps the employer see if your a good fit and if you would be successful in the position however during the interview its mentioned that they take it with a grain of salt.

Question 1
The personality test was unexpected but as long as you remain cool and collected you should be fine. A lot of it was hypothetical situations that will never occur in your position but they like to see how you respond to them.
