Phone interview followed f2f meeting at their offices in St Pauls, met with a few of the Senior Team alongside the SD and the CEO. Received the job offer the next day, it was a very smooth process.

Question 1
Talked about my previous experience, they asked me why I wanted to move and what my career ambitions and motivations were. Open and honest conversation about money and how much I wanted to earn.

Interview
Initial phone interview, asked a few basic questions about my experience and why I was looking for a new job etc. after the call I got invited to a face to face interview in their office, had a 2hr chat in total with the Sales Director and one of their Practice Leads. The interview was smooth and had a good flow, felt more like a chat about my past experience and what I wanted for the future, got the opportunity to ask questions about the team and the company as well
