The interview process was rather simple. There will be a phone screening by HR, followed by physical interview. As for HR screening, they will ask for experience etc. However, HR telling you not to ask for renumeration and working hours during actual interview seems like a red flag to me because all these were job details. Everything seems dubious as initially they would offer you a certain amount but after 1 week, the renumeration would drop by almost 1k. For a company not to be able to hold on to their promises seem like a major red flag to me especially since the start.
