First, you get a phone call from the company, with which they try to find out if the job would be something for you, a few questions about your education are asked. Later, you are asked to come to the office for an interview with someone of the HR team and the manager of the team you would join. During this interview, they give a nice overview of what you can expect in the job, as well as the salary and benefits they offer. They ask questions about your personality etc. and the interview is completed quickly.
Depending on the number of candidates they have to see, they call you back with an answer, during which they also mention once again what your salary would be as well as the benefits you have.
You get more or less one week to respond to their offer after which they invite you for a medical test as well as another interview (for formalities) with the HR team.
