First an online assessment, then a Skype with a desk head. After that was three rounds with desk head and senior trader. Then a Skype with their CEO about a dice game. Finally an onsite interview in Singapore which took the whole day. They are all super nice people with rich experience. The whole interview process was arranged well, they provided you enough time and advice for you to get better prepared. It is a long process but through it you could know what to expect being a trader and working in the firm.

Interview
The aptitude test was the first stage. It's a really straightforward one. After that, there will be an HR interview.
- The interviewer was uninteresting and arrogant. Her speech seemed completely devoid of feeling.
- Did not provide any information about the company or what we would be discussing during the interview.
- After asking a few questions about my prior job, she moved on to inquire about my schooling and grades. I did not attend a prestigious school nor did I receive excellent grades. However, I had past work experience with a reputable trading firm, but it was irrelevant to them.
I'm guessing you shouldn't bother applying if you aren't from a top school with outstanding scores.
