The interview process was OK, a little long. I had to complete a "test" given by the president, do a panel interview, and also create a presentation and present it to the leadership team.

It was a three step interview, waited a long time for the offer and they work with different companies for the position and don't have a manager hired. First interview was a basic phone screen, second with account manager and final was a phone call with director.
