Question 1
Tell me about your yourself.
Why did you consider this position?
the first phase was w writing test with two sections. the first section i had to write a brief essay about a skin disease, then the second part was to edit an AI generate paragraph.
after that, I had a zoom interview with a recruiter.
I receieved an invitation to take part in the final interviews and that's where i'm at. honestly, the questions were pretty simple. but 2 competency questions where a bit difficult for me but i did try to answer.
after the intervew we where given a writin task where we have to share the screen and our cameras had to be on. well....my laptop suddenly went off.yeap! my screen went blank during the writing task. i did try to g back into zoom, and they allowed me in again however I do not know anymore. i did complete the writing task but i submitted a few minutes late.
right i am waiting to do the last wto sections which are a powerpoint presentation and a group task. at this point i'm just going through with it so that I know what to expect next time if i do not get hired. The will tell us the outcome tomorrow

Question 1
what would you do as a medical writer if your senior cant be found and you pick up an error in the references(as in the references did not align with the written content?you only have an hour before the deadline
Currently interviewing with this company. First step was a writing test that was 2.5 hours long and had two assignments to complete. One was correcting AI generated content and the other was to write a summary based on a brief. After that I was invited to a 1 on 1 interview with one of the hiring managers for what I think is the initial screening. Questions were mostly about getting to understand my experience and personality.
The interview process was professional and well-structured. It began with an invitation to complete a timed writing assessment focused on scientific comprehension, data interpretation, and medical writing skills. After the assessment, I attended a behavioural interview with members of the medical communications team. The interview focused on communication, teamwork, handling deadlines, adaptability, attention to detail, and motivation for joining the company.
