My interview was ok. I was offered the job the Company wasn't for me. this place is best for people who are junior and who can be molded. There is possibility for you if they can make you what they want.

I went through months of interviewing, in the final interview process, I was told I basically had the job, I had a great final interview, then with no warning was told that I did not get the job with no explanation at all. Very poor conduct, especially for a senior level position.
