firstly sent off CV, reply back via phone to book interview at the site. Interview lasted about 30mins, was very relaxed in a lounge environment with tea. Two people constructed the interview are where fine that i wasn't able to answer some questions as this would be a new role to me. They were able to offer training for the things that i didn't know.
