This intrerview process was choppy, unclear and lacked professionalism. I spent almost 2 months jumping through hoops with zero honesty and feedback on the process. I constantly had to check in and follow up with them failing to live up to their promise. They promised to have a decision made by mid December and I never heard back. I finally got an answer when the recruiter called and they said they made an offer to someone else WEEKS ago without letting me know I wasn’t chosen. It was a complete waste of time and energy.
