It was a pleasant experience and more like a conversation. It was for a flagship store and the manager of the store seemed to be very friendly and not at all intimidating.
First ask about some common question， like how you serve customers ，and why you want to join us，what you know about our product，the process is smooth. Good experince also.why they should hire you
