It was a very quick and easy-going conversation. I showed a presentation of my background and what I've been doing, talked about my latest project in some detail, and shared some experiences on my last job. They don't believe in lengthy recruitment processes. For which reason I was interviewed with the Head of Design that that was the only interview I've done. I've received a proposal about 2 business days later.
