After applying to a Marketing director job offer on Linkedin, a senior director from IBG contacted me to plan a Teams interview. He never showed up to the meeting, never sent any message to postpone/cancel/apologize, never replied to my emails. Same for the HR person who I contacted. Tells a lot about the type of company IBG is and the way they treat people!
