Worst recruitment experience i have encountered. Following an initial call to discuss the role with the Inprova, i was promptly invited to attend an interview. Next steps involved completing an assessment which was to be discussed in said interview. I then received no further updates for 7 weeks and my follow up emails were left unanswered. When i did eventually receive an update, it was to advise me that the hiring company had since changed their opinion on my suitabilty and no longer wished for me to attend an interview. Very disappointing and must improve for future candidates.
