I will try to be fair. I did not like the CEO's mindset or the hiring process. The second round of face-to-face interviews with the CEO seemed outdated to me. I found it unpleasant, unprofessional, and unfair that my background had more bearing on my candidacy than my skills. The CEO discriminated against me based on my age, career breaks, and mental health issues. As someone who has worked for larger and more organized companies, I can say that they do not practice such prejudice. The CEO should reconsider asking such nonsensical questions and adopt a more open mindset. However, I can also understand the CEO's concerns. With such a small startup, he may not be willing to take risks and may be more conservative in his hiring practices.

Overall it was a good experience.
It was scheduled over Microsoft teams. There were total three
rounds.
Technical round , manager round and HR round
During Technical round and Manager round you can expect easy to hard level of questions based on experience
