Interview
There were 4 rounds during my interview process. The first being the aptitude test. Next was a group discussion round where several witty random topics were asked to discuss upon and the best were taken forward.
In the next round the team I was going to work with took the interview and the final was an interview with the CEO.

What are my expectations and how would I matter to the company
I was called for an interview after sending a copy of the resume. Interview was taken by 2 people from the team itself. A 45 mins interview, and if you clear it an HR interview of more 15-20 mins.
