I had a 30 minute call with a nice HR manager and another 30 minute call with two upper management professionals after that.
They asked some questions about my proficiency in SEO and client relations. They didn't sound particularly interested, but were also a little stressed for obvious reasons what with hiring during COVID, so even though it was a normal interview it was somewhat stressful. I was also asked about a gap on my resume that was somewhat scoffed at and not asked about further. That's fine, but as far as I am aware, I don't think employment gaps are always for a negative reason, and you can definitely explain them during an interview nowadays. Otherwise, this seemed like a solid associate level digital marketer interview. I enjoyed getting the opportunity to get to know the team better, and they asked thorough questions. They also made sure to explain the process moving forward should an interviewer proceed to the next step.
