Pretty straight forward but with automated kickoff process. I applied online and got an email as a confirmation after a day or two. The interview process was fully described in the email and the next steps proposed. A list of questions is sent by email, and you need to record your answers. The recording (as I later found out) is circulated to the management. After this, one or two online / Skype interviews are done with selected management where you discuss details regarding the position and aspirations. I had a feeling that by this time, their minds were already made up but they wanted to make sure that I fit the team. After some 10 days, I was already supplied with the contract.
