Insightful Minds and Solutions interview questions

Interviews seem to take place constantly, I arrived early to my interview and still sat in a packed lobby with 5 others. Gave off major MLM vibes right away. Shark Tank was playing in the lobby and there was a table covered in 'Entrepreneur' Magazines. Once all interviews for the rest of the afternoon had arrived, I was interviewed by the woman who was greeting and checking applicants in. Prior to arriving, over the phone I was told I would be given details over the job duties and pay in the interview. The pay rate and specific job duties were not laid out and only specific that was offered was that they do marketing for D.A.R.E. I was invited to a second interview were I found out that your pay is dependent on how many donations you receive while tabling in public places. Your compensation is 30% of the donations you collect. The company tries to present itself as a chance to 'become your own boss'. I was offered a position but declined.
