I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insil (North Sydney) in Jan 2024
Interview
My interview at Insil was smooth and friendly. It started with a quick call about my background and interest in marketing. I then met with a team member who asked about my past campaigns, my creative process, and how I handle tight deadlines. The final conversation was with the manager who explained the role, the team structure, and what success looks like. The overall experience felt organized, respectful, and focused on real day to day work.

I applied online. I interviewed at Insil (Sydney) in Oct 2022
Interview
Awful interview process. The interviewer is reading questions off of a piece of paper and trying to interview you under 10 mins. No care for building rapport or cultural fit. Have not heard back, which is not respectful to candidates seeing as I was promised a response. Got another job and with normal interview process of 30-40 mins and a couple rounds.
