Once call from marketing manager. Asked if I was involved around campus (I guess to see how I'd get the word out on campus) and what experience I've had working a past jobs on my resume. Pretty normal interview.

I first applied online and then went into the actual store where I was instructed to email the Senior Marketing Manager and she replied and asked when I could have a phone interview and we scheduled a time to talk and I was then offered the position on the spot.
