I applied online by sending my resume through craigslist. I was contacted by the Regional director of operations. We talked on the phone for about 20 minutes with me explaining my job history and my responsibilities at each place. At the end of the call we setup a face to face interview. Met with him at a coffee shop and we talked a little more about my history. He told me there would be 2 other interviews one with the senior director of ops and one with the company coo. We setup a phone interview with the senior director. The senior director called me and we talked about 25 mins mainly focusing on pay and about insomnia cookies. I did tons of research on the company so I basically told him everything I knew and he was impressed. Both interviews seemed to go well and both individuals were positive. I was told I would get an email within the next couple of days if I was chosen on what to do next. I waited 3 days and then I emailed the director asking for a status update and again thanked him for the interview. He emailed me back and told me they would be pursuing other candidates.
