3 stage interview process. Stage 1 - Recruiter: This was a standard interview to check whether I was fit for the role. They were very very thorough and particular. Came across like a very large corporate place. Stage 2 - Initial interview with manager: I instantly got a sense that this is a very high stress role as he did not seem to be paying much attention to me during the interview, until I said something that sparked his interest causing him to backtrack his questions. Interview style was a bit random at this stage. Stage 3 - Technical interview: This interview is what made me decline the role when offered at a later point. It was a 2.5 hour interview, 1st part I had to share my screen and actually debug JSON and export requests into Postman from their website. Very intense given there were 3 people watching. After this I was grilled by the team for a further hour, it was exhausting. When offered the role the salary was extremely low for what was obviously a very intense and high stress job, hence I declined.
