Inspiring Learning interview questions

Overall felt the interview process was very poor. Hiring manager was late, asked and probed lots of questions which weren't relevant to the role. Hiring manager was not very friendly and seemed a bit obnoxious. Experience as a whole was unpleasant.

It was an onsite group assessment day, in the morning we took part in the outdoor activities and in the afternoon there was a session on safeguarding where we had to identify if certain situations could cause a safeguarding issue. We also had to prepare a short speech about a topic that we were passionate about and present it to a small group
