I had an in-person interview at their office. I waited for over an hour and was asked by an employee if I wanted to reschedule. Since it was a long drive and I scheduled work off, I chose to wait. They were both affable and told me about the company. It was very informal - none of the annoying, tricky recruiter/HR questions. One of them told me I may not be the best person for the job during the interview because they wanted a production graphics person, but said he'd be in touch and let me know. I didn't hear anything back and after nearly seven weeks I wrote him and was told they did not hire for the position. No, "thanks for your time and interest." This was another job I applied for on Indeed. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and followup from employers who use their services.
