The interview process consisted of a phone call with HR, and two Skype interviews with people I was to potentially work with. The interviews were not more than an hour and the mood was relaxed. The questions were rather typical - no major curveballs or attempts to trick you. There was a genuine feeling of trying to get to know who I was as a person. All of this occurred within a week and I received my offer letter shortly after. I ended up on the team of a person whom interviewed me and interned there for 4 months.
