Firstly I just sent my application for a one month internship and I got it. After that I applied for a job. I had 2 interviews. The first one was with the CTO and my future mentor. They asked me just about my marks, and it was usually for my bad marks, why this why that, and I passed that interview. The second interview was with the Director, we talked about salary.
