Integra Marketing Agency interview questions

SCAM!!! The first interview was not one-on-one, but a group one. This means that besides you, there were three other candidates on the same Zoom call. The interview was conducted by an outside woman who spent 20 minutes talking about her pregnancy. In my opinion, this marketing agency has a contract with the client to find personnel and it must show the NUMBER of processed candidates, so in reality these are fake interviews. Your candidacy is simply added to the list for the report. And yes, I agree with the previous comment - the SMS is sent by a bot.

The interview is set up through (what appears to be) bot text messaging. Some questions I had for the "person" I was getting the interviewed details sorted out with went unanswered. The "1st Interview", wasn't a 1st Interview, but a "meet and greet" via Zoom call. I was under the impression it was going to be with the person that helped set up the interview, but then it was someone else's Zoom room AND someone else was hosting (I found this to be weird/shifty). The Zoom room had myself, the Integra employee and what appeared to be another applicant. We were told they need to adhere to a strict 15 minute session with one person being put on hold while the Integra rep spoke with the other (so, ~7.5 minutes of time to discuss the role, skills, background, metrics...). The information I received from this call was wildly different from the information I received through my research on the company and role. I felt as if they were applying a smoke and mirrors tactic to get me in the door (due to high turnover). Anyways, I was invited for a "2nd interview" the following day, one on one with an Integra Manager. I gave the benefit of the doubt as there were many questions still remaining unanswered so I accepted to have the 2nd interview. I received a text message less than a hour before the interview reminding me of the interview, but provided no information on a Zoom link, re-use the previous Zoom link, or is this a phone call. I was confused so I responded to the text message how I would be accessing the interview. I received no response. I decided to try the Zoom link from the previous interview and no one had joined, but then I received a phone call from Integra 2 minutes after the scheduled interview time. This interview kicked off poorly and showed me how much I meant to Integra, the person interviewing me was getting in his car hearing the "ding" "ding" sound from leaving your keys in the ignition with the door open, then heard the car start, then heard the phone call transfer from the phone to the car's bluetooth. This killed any benefit of the doubt I previously gave the company. Additionally, the sir that interviewed me told me we were interviewing for a Market Director role when I applied for the Account Manager role. I told him I am no longer interested and don't want to waste anyone's time and we concluded the interview 6 minutes in. Sidenote: I was being pushed into a role of selling phones from a kiosk in a big box store and not the role I applied for.
