Met with 3 people, including the only other developer, the business development manager, and the President. The female President entered the room after a short time with the other 2 folks. From the start, the President was truly the most rude person I have ever encountered in business. She was a feminist, extremely disrespectful, and demeaning. This was not an interview in the least. It was a rude, blast session against someone they didn't even know.
After she left the room, I then took a 25 question C# multiple choice test from the Russian developer. Most the questions were ridiculous (not applicable) to being a solid developer. However, after he graded the test and I got approx 22 correct, he said the President wanted me to come back later in the week for a 'shadow' session with him, and that they would call me to set it up. Of course, they never contacted me again (nor was I interested in the least).
The developer shook my hand with a very weak grip, maybe this is normal in Russia? The President, of course, didn't shake hands.
I am still wondering how I made it through without walking out. Her staff must work in total fear.
