Had a call with the HR representative and Sales leader. Good camaraderie and atmosphere but asked questions about the industry and the test beforehand. The test itself was to locate suitable IRL leads for their product.

Interview
15 min call with HR. Then a 15 min call with the hiring manager. After that a home test which included 2 parts. 1- creat a prospect contact list, write a cadence and explain.
2- cold email. The hiring manager will respond and your are expected to continue the corespondents until the hiring manager is satisfied.
After that a 45 min interview with hiring manager and HR.
The another interview where you pitch a sale.
They will also ask for a reference to call.
