I applied online. I interviewed at Inter-Excel Advisory in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview started late and I had to wait close to 30 minutes because they were having another meeting. The receptionist were gossiping at the front desk and did not show professionalism.
Realised that the company is small and there all the seniors were made directors. Despite the advertisement of their numeration offered, they tried to lowballed the interviewee and offered much lower.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Inter-Excel Advisory in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview. It was a bizarre experience. The interviewer (aka the boss) spoke more than me, I only managed a few sentences here and there. I remember a trainee or a student? (judging by the age) had to hold the phone (landline) for him as he talked! Less than a week I was offered the position. The commencement date was only a few days after the offer which already raised yet another red flag- why the rush? The pay offered was also low for a 5.5 days work, but the deciding factor came later. The boss spoke to me on the phone after the interview and I can only describe it as -bizarre. I hadn't even worked for this guy and already he was so condescending and frankly, downright rude. Needless to say I turned down the offer. Your candidates are not begging for mercy, we leverage our skills and qualifications. I managed to read the employees' reviews before writing this. The reviews confirmed my instinct that the company's turnover is high. People want to leave.
